Personal Profile
My passion for sailing began at an early age, first skippering yachts in 1984 at the age of 18, then in regattas and as a semi-professional since 1996, I have now more than 7.500NM sailing including a transatlantic race. After 18 years as a manager in the communication and IT industry in Belgium, I decided a shift in my career and I am now a Master 200 GT and a Professional Ocean Yachtmaster.
I consider myself to be very professional, dedicated to client’s satisfaction and I take pleasure in making sure that work is completed to the highest possible standard. I have been running my own company for many years, which has allowed me to gain a vital insight into client oriented and pragmatic management. I love working in teams of all sizes as well as long term solo challenges.
